We pack every order by hand here in the US and send it to the 48 contiguous states.

Cost: $7.95 flat rate per order
Free shipping: On orders of $85 or more
Packing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery: 2–5 business days after we ship, by USPS

Live plants travel early in the week

We ship orders with live plants and moss from Monday to Wednesday, so they never sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

If it is very hot or very cold where you live, we may hold your order for a few days until the weather is kinder. We will always email you first.

How we pack glass

Every jar is wrapped and packed in a padded box. Plants travel in their own sleeves with damp moss, so they arrive fresh.

If something still arrives broken, see our returns page. We will replace it for free.

Tracking your order

As soon as your box ships, we email you a tracking number.

If tracking has not moved for 7 days, write to us and we will sort it out with USPS.

Please check your address

If a package comes back to us because of a wrong address, we will gladly send it again. We only ask you to cover the second shipping cost.

Where we don't ship yet

Right now we can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or outside the US. Live plants don't handle the long trip well. We hope to add more places later.
