Who we are

Glass Grove is a small family shop that sells terrarium kits, live plants and supplies at glassgroveshop.com. We ship only within the 48 contiguous US states.

Orders

• Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
• If an item is out of stock or a price was listed by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always tell you first.
• You can change or cancel an order until it ships. Just write to us.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars.
• Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.
• Shipping costs are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Live plants are unique

Every plant grows a little differently. The plants, moss and stones you get may look slightly different from the photos on our site, but they will always be the same kind and of the same quality.

Using our kits safely

• Kits contain glass, small parts and tools. Children should build them only with an adult.
• Keep stones, figurines and soil away from small children and pets.
• Plants, moss, soil and charcoal are not food.

Our content

The photos, texts, guides and designs on this site belong to Glass Grove or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking us.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep our site accurate and our products in great shape. If something goes wrong, the most we are responsible for is the amount you paid for your order. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where our business is registered.
